甲状放射性核素显像在Graves′病临床应用及进展

摘要 甲状腺核素显像因具有重复性好、灵敏度高已被广泛应用于临床,且逐渐成为甲状腺疾病的一项常规检查。利用甲状腺显像独特的影像学特点及其定性、定量参数指标对Graves′病可做出准确诊断,并指导放射性碘(131I)治疗剂量最优化的确定及对131I治疗后进行预后评估。甲状腺核素显像在Graves′病的临床应用中具有十分重要的价值。 Thyroid imaging has been widely used in clinical practice and become a routine inspection gradually in thyroid disease since its good reproducibility and high sensitivity. Graves' disease can be diagnosed correctly by the unique imaging features and the qualitative/quantitative parameters of thyroid imaging,Which could also help determine optimal therapeutic doses of radioiodine (^131 I) and evaluate prognosis after ^131I therapy. Thyroid imaging is great valuable in the clinical application of Graves' disease.
