构建社会主义核心价值体系,是一个复杂的系统工程。在这个系统工程的建设过程中,我们要正确处理好一些重要的关系问题:即指导思想一元化与文化多样化的关系、最高理想与共同理想的关系、阶级性与普世性的关系、传统文化与现代文化的关系、"土文化"与"洋文化"的关系、主文化与亚文化的关系、"核心"价值与"外围"价值的关系等,以保障切实把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育和精神文明建设的全过程,转化为人民群众的自觉追求。

To build up the system of socialist core values is an intricate systems engineering.In the course of constructing this systems engineering,some important relationships should be properly dealt with,namely,the relationships between the centralized guiding ideology and the diversified culture,the highest ideal and the common ideal,the class nature and the universal nature,the traditional culture and the modern culture,the 'native culture' and the 'foreign culture',the host culture and the subcultures,the 'core' values and the 'outer' values and so forth,so as to make sure that the socialist core values will be integrated into the national education and spiritual civilization,and be converted into the conscientious pursuit of the people.
