摘要
在对"布兰瑞克"无花果花芽形态学研究的基础上,对花芽分化期叶片中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和淀粉含量的变化进行研究。结果表明:可溶性蛋白在小花形成前含量最高;可溶性糖在花托分化前有积累,但此后则逐步下降;淀粉含量的变化不明显。
Based on the research on flower bud differentiation used as the material for studying the changes of the contents of solu , the Ficus Carica ble protein, soluble L. ' Bulan ruike' sugar and starch. was The results showed that soluble protein was the highest before floscule forming; soluble sugar accumulated before floral receptacle differentiation, but decreased step by step after that ; the change of starch content was not obvious.
