摘要 通过室内盆栽实验,研究了Pb、Zn胁迫对药用植物栝楼(Trichosanthes kirilowii)幼苗生长及抗逆生理因子的影响。结果显示,Pb、Zn胁迫可使栝楼生物量降低、植株矮化、黄斑叶片数量增多,Pb对栝楼幼苗生长的影响大于Zn。随着Pb浓度的升高,光合色素含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,Zn浓度对光合色素含量的影响不大;紫外吸收物含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶等保护酶系活性随Pb、Zn浓度的提高而增大;可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量随Pb、Zn浓度的提高而下降。研究表明,栝楼幼苗对Pb、Zn胁迫具有一定的耐受力,但高浓度Pb、Zn对幼苗生长及抗逆生理因子具有较显著的抑制作用。在种植栝楼时应充分考虑土壤条件,确保植株健康、正常生长。 The study with pot experiment showed that under Pb and Zn stress, the biomass of Trichosanthes kirilowii seedlings decreased, their plant dwarfed, and the number of leaves with yellow spots increased. Pb had greater effects on the seedlings growth than Zn. With increasing concentration of Pb, the contents of photosynthetic pigments increased first and decreased then,but increasing concentration of Zn had lesser effects on them. The contents of UV-B absorbing compounds and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) increased while soluble protein and saccharide contents decreased with the increase of Pb and Zn concentrations. T. kirilowii seedlings had definite tolerance to Pb and Zn stress, but their growth and stress-resistance physiological factors were inhibited to a greater extent when the Pb and Zn concentrations were higher.
