摘要
在水/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)/正丁醇/正辛烷微乳液体系中成功的合成了BaYF5:Ce3+纳米粒子。运用X射线衍射(XRD)、环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)和荧光光谱等测试技术对所制备产物进行了表征。样品的X射线衍射数据与PDF#46-39结果很好吻合,说明产物为BaYF5单一相,掺杂少量稀土离子对晶体结构未产生大的影响。利用ESEM电子显微镜观察了产物的形貌。结果表明,产物粒径均匀,直径在20nm左右,呈球状外形。利用荧光光谱仪测试了样品的激发和发射光谱,在330nm处出现了发射峰。分析结果表明,其归属于Ce3+的d-f跃迁,与体相BaYF5:Ce3+相比蓝移了5nm。
BaYF5 : Ce^3+ nanopartieles were synthesized from the quaternary water/CTAB/bulanol/octane microemulsion system. The complex fluorides were characterzed by means of X-ray powder diffraction ( XRD), environmental scanning electron microscopy(ESEM) and fluorescence spectrometry. XRD analysis shows that the products are in accord with the standard JCPDS card NO. 18-715, the products are single phase and the crystal structure of BaYF5 : Ce^3+ particles is not changed obviously. The average grain size of the products is about 20 nm obtained from the ESEM. The fluorescence of BaYF5 : Ce^3+ particles was observed. The emission peak located at 330 nm is attributed to the d→f transition of Ce^3+. Compared with those of the powder crystal prepared by high temperature solid reaction, the emission peaks of the fluorescent spectra showed a blue shift of 5 nm.
