摘要
介绍了一种基于限流变压器的高压电动机软启动装置,通过控制晶闸管的触发角连续改变电动机的定子端电压,实现电动机的软启动,同时通过仿真和实验,详细分析了高压电动机软启动时的启动转矩特性,提出了消除启动转矩脉动的控制方法以及实现恒流软启动的控制方法。经过实验证实,新装置可以使大功率高压异步电动机平稳可靠的启动。
A new type high-voltage soft starter based on the limit-current transformer was introduced. The voltage of the motor's stator is continuously changed by controlling the firing angle of SCR and the soft start is realized. At the same time the starting performance of the soft starter is fully analyzed by experiment and simulation. The control method of eliminating the torque pulsation is produced and the soft starting control of the constant current is realized. According to the test on site, the high-power middle-voltage asynchronous motor can start steadily and reliably with the new type soft starter.
