摘要 针对传统的扩散炉控制系统的温度控制精度、生产工艺控制能力等较低的现状,提出了一种以PLC为核心的扩散炉智能控制系统。该系统将模糊控制算法引入传统的扩散炉控制系统,利用模糊控制规则自适应地在线对量化因子进行修改。应用结果表明:该系统有效地实现了对多工位扩散炉温度工艺曲线和辅助工艺的自动控制,提高了温度控制精度以及工作效率。 According to the lower present condition that the temperature control accuracy and the craft control ability of the traditional fritting furnace,a fritting furnace's intelligence temperature control system which used PLC as its center was presented. The control system introduced a fuzzy algorithm, it used fuzzy control rules to adapt itself to variable parameters automatically. The practical operation shows that the system can realize the temperature control of multi-workplats fritting furnaces and also the control of the fritting furnace's supplementary functions, this system by this method has excellent quality and efficiency.
