摘要
提出了在液压泵电机综合性能测试系统中利用ABB公司提供的变频器接口软件DriveOPC的OPC接口和Labview的DataSocket编程技术实现上位机和ACS800多传动变频器数据通信的方法。阐述了变频器及通讯硬件的选择,开放式标准接口OPC技术及DriveOPC的特点,并介绍了从通讯硬件连接到软件设计实现ABB变频器对电机进行运动控制和状态监视的整个过程,实验结果证明了此方法的可行性和实用性。
When design the pump- motor complex functions test system,we put forward the method that, using the OPC interface, which is part of the DriveOPC software offered by the ABB corporation, and the DataSocket program technology of Labview to actualize the communication between the monitor computer and ACS800 multidrives. We expatiated, the choice of transducer and communication hardware, the characteristic of the open standard interface technology OPC and DriveOPC; introduced the whole process of setting up motion control and status watch for the ABB drives to electromotors, from communication hardware connection to software design. The testing results prove that, the method is feasible and applicable.
