MC尼龙/钛酸钾晶须复合材料制备及其摩擦学性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了考察和改善MC尼龙的吸水性对其摩擦学性能的影响,采用单体浇铸工艺制备了MC尼龙/钛酸钾晶须复合材料。经干摩擦实验后发现,未水浴处理试样的摩擦系数易受吸水性的影响而不稳定,而水浴处理试样的摩擦系数则能较快地达到稳定;MC尼龙/钛酸钾晶须复合材料的磨损以磨粒磨损为主,纯MC尼龙则以粘着磨损为主,水浴处理试样的总质量磨损率要小于未水浴处理试样,但吸水性对材料磨损特性的影响并不明显;水浴处理MC尼龙/钛酸钾晶须复合材料能明显改善吸水性对摩擦学性能的影响。 Potassium titanate ( K2Ti6O13 ) whiskers reinforced monomer casting nylon is prepared by casting process to investigate the effects of absorbing moisture ability on tribology capability. The friction and wear test with dry condition shows that the friction coefficient of untreated samples become unstability because of absorbing moisture ability, the treated ones can get stability more easy. The main wear mechanism of potassium titanate whiskers reinforced samples are abrasive, while pure nylon ones are adhesive. The total mass wear ratio of the untreated sample is higher than that of treated one, but absorbing moisture ability can't affect the wear property obviously. The potassium tltanate whiskers reinforced monomer casting nylon can mend friction and wear capability affected by absorbing water after being treated by boiled water.
