摘要
以具有复杂曲面的摩托车挡风罩逆向设计为研究对象,结合不同特征的重构需求,论述了实物样件表面数字化的多种实现方法,并对逆向设计中脱模方向的确定、对称平面的创建、分型线的构造等几个关键环节进行了重点介绍。
The surface digital methods of sample pan are discussed with the reverse design of motorcycle windshield with complex surface combined with the reconstruction needs of different characteristics. The key taches such as demoulding direction, conformations of symmetrical plane and subtype line in reverse design are introduced emphatically.
