非对称齿廓在渐开线塑料齿轮中的应用 被引量:2

APPLICATION OF ASYMMETRICAL PROFILE IN INVOLUTE PLASTIC GEAR

摘要 对比了塑料齿轮与金属齿轮的不同,根据塑料齿轮的特点,设计出了非对称渐开线的齿形,并探讨了非对称渐开线塑料齿轮的基本几何参数;以实例建立的这一新型非对称渐开线塑料齿轮模型为进一步的模具设计和强度计算奠定了基础。 The differences between plastic gear and metal gear are compared. According to the characteristics of plastic gear, the asymmetrical involute profiles are designed. The basic geometrical parameters of the new asymmetrical involute plastic gear are investigated, The new model are set up by citing an example, which may lay the foundations for further investigations of mould design and intension calculating.
