摘要
利用专业模流分析软件MPI对大型注塑模具的滞流效应进行了分析、研究。以洗衣机内桶为实例,讨论了大型注塑模具滞流产生的原因,通过不同设计方案的分析、对比得出了不同材料、不同成型工艺参数(主要包括模具温度、熔体温度、熔体流动填充速率)下滞流效应的形式、特点,总结提出解决滞流问题的方法。
The hesitation effects of large injection mould are researched and analysed based on MPI. With the washer barrel as an example, the reason of hesitation effects for large injection mould are discussed. The forms and characteristics of hesitation effects in different materials and different process factors are gained through different design plans. The method solving this question is summatied and proposed.
