摘要
介绍了一种应用于三相晶闸管整流或逆变电路的数字移相触发电路,该电路以AVR(At-mega16)单片机为核心,产生的触发脉冲稳定性好、可靠性高,并且不需同步变压器,具有相序自适应功能的双脉冲序列数字移相触发器电路。阐述了触发器的工作原理,并分析了触发器涉及的关键问题。现场实验证明,该相控数字触发电路简单可靠,产生的脉冲对称性好,抗干扰能力强。本系统在实际应用中也已显示出触发精度高、可靠性高、易于调试、操作方便等优点。
This paper gives an introduction of digital phase shift trigger circuit that can be applied to three phase thyristor trigger circuit or inverse circuit. The core of the circuit is AVR(Atmega16) single-chip microcomputer. Trigger pulses that it produces is high stable and reliable, and it don' t need the simultaneous synchronous transformer. The paper makes a detailed description of working principle and key problems. The practice proves that the circuit is simple and stable. The anti-jamming ability is strong.
