摘要
详细阐述了用单片机进行高精密直流电流电流源的设计,该电流源采用AT89S系列52单片机控制,使用D/A输出、A/D采样,形成闭环控制系统。实验结果表明,本系统具有输出电流范围大、运行稳定、电流纹波小、控制响应快等特点,系统输出最大电流值为5 A,精度高达10[-3]A。
This paper elaborates in detail how to design the high accuracy DC current source by using the 89S series 52 MCU as controller, using the D/A to output, and the A/D to sampling, thus, it forms the closed-loop control system. The experimental result shows that the circuit has many characteristics, for instance, the scope of current output is rather big, the stability function is quite good, the ripple noise is very small and response time is short and so on; The system output maximum current value is 5 A, the precision reaches as high as 10^-3A .
