摘要
对Semihex^(TM)接法的三绕组单相电容电动机的电气制动进行了初步探索,提出了直流制动和交流制动时的几种接线方式,建立了Semihex^(TM)接法三绕组单相电容电动机在静止d-q坐标系下的瞬态数学模型,编写计算机仿真程序,通过实例对Semihex^(TM)接法三绕组单相电容电动机电气制动的瞬态过程进行仿真计算,对仿真结果进行分析。仿真结果表明:Semihex^(TM)接法三绕组单相电容电动机带通风机负载时可以进行直流制动和交流制动实现快速停车;从节能的角度上看,直流制动有明显的优越性;直流制动可以实现准确停车。
Electrical braking of three-phase induction motors already extensively involved in literature, however, electrical braking problems from three-phase induction motors were refitted but of three-winding single-phase capacitance motors did not cause the enough attention. Aiming at this circumstance, the first step investigates for DC braking and AC braking of three-winding single-phase capacitance motors with semihex^TM-connected were moved to proceeding, putting forward the several kinds of connecting the line method. The mathematics models of three-winding single-phase capacitance induction motors with the Semihex^TM-connected in stationary d-q coordinate frame were based to get the transient characteristics. MATLAB language was used to develop the computer simulation program. The program was applied to emulate DC braking and AC braking transient process of three-winding single phase capacitance motors with Semihex^TM-connected taking ventilated machine load through example. Emulation results were also studied. The results of simulation show that three-winding single-phase capacitance motors with SemihexTM connected drive ventilated machine load can proceed to DC braking and AC braking to realize fast stopping. Seeing from the angle of the economy energy, the direct current braking is obviously superior. The direct current braking system can realize accurate stopping.
