摘要 在分析三电平逆变器直接转矩控制原理的基础上,提出了一种新的基于合成矢量的三电平直接转矩控制(DTC)脉宽调制方法,不但能有效地控制三电平逆变器的中点电压,并能抑制输出电压的跳变、减小输出转矩脉动。理论分析和仿真研究表明,该方法实现非常简单,中点电位得到很好的控制,同时较好地解决了输出电压突变以及降低转矩脉动问题,具有很好的实用参考价值。 Direct torque control principle (DTC) of three-level inverter was analyzed and a new synthesizing vectors PWM algorithm of three-level DTC was developed, which could not only realize neutral-point balancing, but also restrain higher dv / dt of output voltage and reduce output torque ripple. Theory analysis and simulation verifies that the algorithm is very simple to be carried out, neutral-point potential can be under good control, output higher dv/dt and torque ripple problems are solved as well. So the algorithm has better practical reference value.
