卵黄抗体测定与鸡新城疫免疫接种的应用研究

Study on Detection of Yolk Antibody to ND Immunization

利用血凝（ＨＡ）和血凝抑制（ＨＩ）试验，对来自同一机体和同一鸡群非同一机体的２７９６只罗曼蛋鸡血样及蛋样进行了鸡新城疫血清和卵黄抗体水平的检测。结果表明：血清和卵黄无论来自同一机体，还是来自同一鸡群，所测抗体效价基本一致。对６１０枚入孵种蛋不同时间卵黄抗体和该批种蛋孵出的６１０只雏鸡不同日龄血清抗体水平进行了检测，发现种蛋卵黄抗体效价与雏鸡血清抗体效价有一定的相关性，用卵黄监测种蛋的抗体水平可以得知雏鸡出壳后首免时间。

Antibodies against NDV in Some samples included 2 796 sera and 2 796 sera and 2 796 yolks were come from the same individual or different individual in the same LuoMan layer colony.The experiment in 610 eggs of different incubation Period and 610 sera of different age chickens showed that antibody titre in serum of layer was same with that in yolk.Yolk antibody titre in incubating egg had some correlative with serum antibody titre in chicken.The date of Primary immunity can be determined by inspecting yolk antibody level of hatch egg.
