摘要
转杯速度、捻系数、分梳辊速度3项工艺参数对转杯纱的质量有较大的影响。为了研究这3项工艺参数对转杯纱质量的影响,使用通用旋转组合设计方法对转杯纺工艺参数进行优化。结论是:转杯速度、捻系数、分梳辊速度存在一个最佳组合,使转杯纱强度、条干CV值、棉结3项主要指标达最优值。
Three technical parameters, the rotor speed, twist modulus and combing roller speed have great influence on the yam quality of rotor spinning. In order to study this influence, the design method of three buck two hypo currency circumrotate combination were used to optimize the rotor spinning parameters. The results show that there is a best combination for Rotor speed, twist modulus and combing roller speed, which can obtain the best results of the yam strength, evenness CV, and net count the best value.
