磷化铝缓释熏蒸密闭储藏面粉防虫保鲜的研究

摘要 该项研究采用0.5g/m^3、1.0g/m^3、1.5g/m^3三种不同剂量磷化铝片剂缓释熏蒸密闭储藏面粉,经过梅雨和高温季节,均达到不生虫,不发热霉变,不结块,品质和食味明显优于常规保管的面粉。 Flour was slow -relesaing fumigated with AlP(0. 5,1. 0 and 1. 5g/m3)and stored under the seal condition. The results showed that no insects, no hotting and mold and no ag-glomerants were found in the fumigated flour through the high temperature and mold rains season. The quality and flovour of the flour was better than that of the conventional stored flour.
