摘要
致病性试验结果表明:细菌性条斑病菌RS68、RS105对李氏禾没有致病性,但另一个弱毒菌株RS05能在李氏禾上引起水浸状半透明条斑症状。李氏禾条斑、“稻细菌性短条斑”病菌能在李氏禾上形成条斑症状,在水稻上形成短条斑症状。供试菌株的血清学反应、全细胞蛋白质电泳图谱也表明:RS05、“稻细菌性短条斑”病菌以及李氏禾条斑病菌是同一种病菌,与两个真正的水稻细条斑病菌(RS68、RS105)不同。
A comparative study has been made on organisms of the typical rice short leaf streak (culture 1006, 1008), the bacterial leaf streak of rice (culture RS68, RS105, RS05) and that of Leersiae spp. Swartz (LLS2, LLS3, LLS5). Pathogenicity test indicated that RS68 and RS105 produced no symptoms on Leersiae spp. leavers, but RS05 caused typical watersoaked translucent streaks on Leersiae spp. Leaves. Culture 1006, 1008, LLS2, LLS3, and LLS5 were pathogenic both to rice and to Leersiae spp. leaves. When the antisera of RS68 was diluted 10 fold, only RS68, RS105 formed one band in ODD reaction. Native PAGE of all the cell soluable protein also indicated that RS05, 1006,1008 were very simillar to LLS2, LLS3, LLS5. While different with RS68 and RS105.
