摘要 采用膨胀倍数测试法测试了超薄型与薄型钢结构防火涂料的膨胀倍数,分析了膨胀倍数随耐火极限的变化规律,比较了钢结构防火涂料膨胀倍数的不同点,揭示了防火涂料的膨胀变化机理。超薄型防火涂料膨胀倍数大于35倍达到合格级;薄型钢结构防火涂料膨胀倍数大于10倍时,可以判断其质量合格或疑似不合格产品。 The intumescent times of super-thin and thin steelstructure fire-retardant coatings were tested with the test method of the intumescent times. The test results were analyzed by the comparision method, leading to obtaining their varying rules of intumescent times with fire resistant time, which showed that their different varying rules of intumescent times and implied both intumescent mechanism. When the intumescent times of the super-thin fire-retardant coatings are more than 35 times and those of the thin fire-retardant coatings are more than 10 times, the quality of the related coatings can be intended to be eligible. Otherwise, disqualification.
