摘要 在传统灭火能力的研究中,没有明确衡量灭火能力的度量,导致灭火能力的计算结果不精确。通过对应研究灭火能力的资源数量和构成,将其资源转化成为所能提供的灭火剂的总量与流量,能够准确地衡量灭火能力所能满足危险源需求的程度,即灭火能力的大小。可以将构成灭火能力的要素根据比例关系逐层转化为灭火剂的供给,并以表征灭火能力,建立一种专门的数学模型,求出比较客观、科学的灭火能力值。 Due to inexact calculation lies in the ambitious dimensions for the ability of fire-fighting in traditional research. I bring forward the flux and gross of fire extinguishing dosage being as the dimensions which not only match the demand of fire protection dangerous source but also can calculate the ability objectively. Because the ability of firefighting depends on the fire-fight resource amount and its structure as well, I suggest a theory which means the ability of the system is determined by the scantest resource, thus a model and an algorithm are designed to calculate external and scientific fire-fight ability through analyzing the amount of the scantest resource and the ratios among the resources.
