废水回收在淮北电厂的利用和工程实施

摘要 介绍了淮北发电厂的取用水状况,对电厂进行了水平衡试验,并采取了循环水排污弱酸处理后作为冷水塔补充水,厂内废水综合化利用,提高循环水浓缩倍率以减少排污量等节水措施,实现了厂内废水的零排放。对电厂节水工作以及废水零排放的全面开展,具有一定的指导、示范和启发作用。 The paper introduced the condition of water consumption and water saving measures in Huaibei Power Plant, such as balancing test of water consumption, to adopt circulating water after blow-down and weak sour handling as supplementary water of cold water tower, comprehensive utilization of wastewater, to raise concentrated time rate of circulating water in order to reduce the blowdown flow, which can be guidance and demonstration for the work of water saving as well as zero emission of wastewater.
