摘要
针对吉林省线损管理的实际情况,提出了一套把线损管理、理论计算和台区考核有机地结合在一起的设计方案。采用B/S和C/S相结合的设计模式,形成了一套完整的、具有图形和数据共享的线损管理及理论计算分析系统。文章还对系统中图形的实现、图形拓扑分析、图形环路检查、理论计算采用的方法、台区考核计算模块等关键技术进行了介绍。系统于2005年投运后,运行稳定,经济效益显著,每年可节约经费200余万元。
According to the actual condition of line losses management in Jilin province, the design scheme was put forward, which combined together with line losses management, theoretical calculation and checking condition of transformer and substation. A set of line losses management and theoretical calculation analysis system with shared graph and data was formed adolting the design pattem of combined B/S and C/S. The paper also introduced the crucial technologies in the system such as the realization of graph, topography analysis, graph loop inspection, theoretical calculation method, calculation modular for checking condition of transformer and substation. Since the system was put into service in 2005, the operation condition is stable, and the economic benefits are notable, which can save more than two million Yuan cvery year.
