火力发电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)实施中的主要风险及其规避

摘要 近年来国内电力行业火力发电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)发展很快,鉴于SIS涉及学科多,工程规模大,技术范畴广,不可预见因素多,存在较大的项目实施风险,企业在实施SIS时对风险控制应给予足够重视。文章结合大量实际案例,从目标风险、规模风险、技术与质量风险、资金与资源风险四个角度论述了SIS实施中的主要风险及其规避方法。 The SIS has developed rapidly in the power industry in the recent years. Because SIS deals with a wide range of disciplines, the project scale is large, the technical scope is wide, there are many unforeseen factors and larger implementafion risk of project exists, the enterprises should attach great importance to the control of risks in the impicmentation of SIS.The peper, combining with a Iarge of actual examples, from the four angles of objective risk, scale risk, technique and quality risk, and fund and resource risk, elaborates the main risks and preventive methods for them in the implementation of SIS.
