骨组织脱钙过程中脱钙量的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察3种脱钙液在脱钙过程中不同时段和终点钙的脱出量。方法取6月龄健康新西兰兔双侧桡骨,用3种脱钙液分别在室温和微波条件下进行脱钙,每小时末更换一次脱钙液、用电子天平称重,分别收集脱钙液,用原子分光光度仪分别测定钙含量。结果3种脱钙液在室温和微波脱钙过程中,钙累计脱出率逐渐增加,3小时后钙脱出率减小,骨脱钙后的重量比脱钙前减少40%-48%;不同时间段脱钙率:第1小时脱钙率最高,随着时间的增加每小时脱钙率逐渐减少,接近终点时曲线变平稳。终点钙脱出量为54-69mg/100mg标本骨,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论脱钙过程中钙脱出量呈规律性变化:随着脱钙时间的延长逐渐增加,与时间呈正相关;第1小时钙脱出率最高,随后每小时钙脱出率逐渐较少。 Objective To study the changes of decalcification in three solutions during the processing at different time and at the ends. Methods The bilateral radius was removed in six months old New Zealand rabbit, then immerged in three solutions and tested under the two different decalcification conditions: room temperature (15℃) and microwave. Changed the solution every hour, used the analytical balance to measure the weight, and used the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer to test the quantity in the solution. Results Under all conditions, the total quantity of decalcification increased gradually in three solutions. The decalcified rate decreased after three hours, the weight of osseous decreased about 40% -8% ;the decalcified rate at different time: the decalcified rate was the highest in first hour, the decalcified rate decreased gradually while the time increase, near the ends the rate became stability. At last the calcium value, which was removed from osseous, was 54 -69mg/100mg. There is no significantly different (P 〉 0.05) among groups. Conclusion The decalcified quantities is changed regularly: the decalcified quantities is increased when the decalcification time is increased, and the quantity is correlated positively with time; the highest decalcified rate is within first hour, then the decalcified rate decreases gradually.
