HPLC法测定双丹口服液中丹皮酚的含量

Determination of paeonol in Shuangdan Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定双丹口服液中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法 采用Zorbax SB-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，甲醇-水（65：35）为流动相．流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为274nm。结果 丹皮酚线性范围为0.214～1．069／μg，平均回收率为98．36％，RSD为0．36％。结论 该方法简便、可靠、fta，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of paeonol in Shuangdan Oral Liquid. METHODS A Zorbax SB-C18 （4.6mm× 250mm,5μm） column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water（60 ：35）. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1. The detective wavelength was 274nm. RESULTS The linear range of paeonol was 0. 214-1. 069μg,and the average recovery rate was 98. 36%, RSD = 0.36%. CONCLUSION The method was simple,reliable and accurate,it can be used to control the quality of preparation.
