天麻素葡萄糖注射液的生产工艺研究

目的研究天麻素葡萄糖注射液的生产工艺。方法设计不同的抗氧剂、pH值范围及活性炭用量,优选处方及生产工艺,并进行影响因素试验。结果确定了该产品的最佳生产工艺,产品质量稳定性良好。结论该产品处方、工艺设计可行,质量稳定。

OBJECTIVE To study the preparation technology of gastrodin and glucose injection. METHODS Using the different dosage of antioxidant, carbon and pH range to optimize the preparation technology, and carry out the influencing factor experiment. RESULTS The best technology was determined and the quality was stable. CONCLUSION The experimental preparation technology was reliable and had stable quality.
