表面等离子共振生物传感技术测定蜂蜜中残留的泰乐菌素 被引量:6

摘要 本文利用表面等离子共振生物传感器技术对蜂蜜样品中残留的泰乐菌素进行测定。蜂蜜样品通过缓冲溶液提取后在BIAcoreQ大分子互作仪上测定,并且与试剂盒方法进行对比。结果表明采用表面等离子共振生物传感器方法在0.5-10ng/g的线性范围内,检出限为0.5ng/g,平均回收率在90.3%-101.7%之间,日内变异系数和日间变异系数分别为2.1%-4.7%和3.9%-7.1%(n=6),准确度偏离均小于10%。 In this study, trace of tylosin residue in honey was determined by Surface Plasmon Resonance. Prior to analysis in BIAcore 3000, tylosin was only extracted from honey samples using HBS-EP buffer. The standard calibration curve for tylosin was constructed with a good linearity (R^2〉0.99) in the concentration range of 0.5-10 ng/g. The limit of detection was 0.5 ng/g for tylosin in honey. Average recoveries ranged from 90.3%- 101.7%. The intra- and inter-assay CVs were 2.1%-4.7% and 3.9%-7.1%, respectively(n=6), whereas accuracy, which has been calculated as a percentage of the real concentration, never deviated from 100% by more than 10%.
