差异化战略是企业竞争战略的一种,在产品功能同质化的今天,服务差异化成为竞争对手之间竞争的利器。通过对辽宁虎跃快速汽车客运股份有限公司取得的成功经验的分析,阐述了服务差异化竞争战略的实际应用效果,为其他类似企业提供了可借鉴的经验。
Differentiation strategy is a kind of enterprise competition strategy. Nowadays, with the homogeneity of product function service differentiation becomes the edge tool among competitors.
