tSAH患者血清内皮素与神经元特异性烯醇化酶的动态检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察外伤性蛛网膜下腔出(tSAH)患者血清中内皮素-1(ET-1),神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的变化。方法用双抗体夹心酶标免疫分析法和放免法检测50例外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者发病24h内、第3、7、14d血清中ET、NSE的水平并与对照组比较。结果外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清中ET水平较正常对照组高(P<0.01),第3、7d升高明显,第14d有降低但仍高于对照组,血清中NSE水平第7d达高峰。结论ET、NSE的变化可以反映蛛网膜下腔出后脑损伤程度。 Objective To study the serum endothelin-1 (ET-1) and neuronspecific enolase (NSE)levels in patient with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (tSAH). Methods The serum ET-1 and NSE levels at 1, 3, 7 and 14 d after onset of tSAH in 50 patients were detected by radio-immunediffusion and double antibody sandwich enzynre-tinked immunosorbent assay. Results The serum ET-1 and NSE levels in patients with tSAH were higher than that of the normal control (P 〈 0. 01 ). The highest levels of ET appeared at 3 d and 7 d and NSE level reached the peak at 7 d. Conclusion The levels of ET-1 and NSE may reflect the brain damage degree after tSAH.
