PVB方案治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效分析

The curative effect of PVB regimen on late stage ovarian cancer

目的:探讨PVB方案对晚期卵巢癌治疗的近期疗效。方法:对64例晚期卵巢癌病例回顾性分析。VCR1.5mgd1静推、NDP70mg/m2d2静脉滴注3小时以上,BLM30mgd3-d5静脉滴注。每3周重复1次,全组病例均治疗2疗程以上。结果:初治晚期卵巢癌患者有效率为45.8%,复治晚期卵巢癌患者有效率30.0%,有显著差异。初治患者的CR为4.2%,复治患者为零,无效达30%。不同部位肿瘤的疗效:盆腔肿瘤总有效率为63.2%、淋巴结转移为69.2%。最差为肝转移,稳定(SD)、无效(PD)分别为50.0%和37.5%。结论:PVB方案对晚期卵巢癌并发转移近期有一定疗效,毒副作用较小,具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To research the short term curative effect of PVB regimen on late stage ovarian cancer. Methods： To review 64 cases of late stage ovarian cancer. VCR 1.5mg d1 intravenous injection, NDP 70mg/m^2 d2 intravenous drip for over 3 hours, BLM30mg d3 - d5 intravenous drip, repeated every three weeks and more than 2 courses for each case. Results： The effective rate on the cases untreated previously was 45.8% , on cases treated previously was 30.0% , which had noticeable difference. The CR of the cases antreated previousyl was 4.2% , and that of treated previously was 0, in which 30% are of no effect. Rate of with effect on cavum pelvis tumor was 63.2% , and of lymph node metastasis was 69.2%. Liver metastasis was the worst ; the rates of SD and PD were 50.0% and 37.5% respectively. Condusion.PVB regimen was with relatively low side effect, had a short term curative effect on late stage ovarian cancer and the metastasis.
