分析了 LA0 0 4 A型开清棉联合机中抓棉机、混棉机的混合作用及混合规律 ,认为抓棉小车每次抓棉的旋转角度应为 360°和 360°的整数倍 ,否则将影响配棉成分的准确性 ,并提出了对抓棉机和混棉机进行技术改进的意见。

The paper analyses the mixing effect and mixing regularity on pluckers and mixing frame of L A0 0 4A combined opening and scutching machine,the gripping carriage stroke should be 36 0°or the integer times of it,otherwise the stroke will affectthe accuracy of distributing,and gives some technology reformation suggestions of pluckers and mixing frames.
