Approaching the Foreign Trade Growth Mode in Zhejiang from Industrial Structure

本文从浙江产业结构现状出发,探讨了浙江产业结构的特点及其对浙江外贸增长方式的影响,说明浙江粗放式的外贸出口方式是受其劳动密集型的产业结构支配的。本文指出,要提高浙江产品的国际竞争力,必须对浙江低层次的产业结构进行改造,浙江外贸增长方式的大方向应该是由"浙江制造"提升为"浙江创造"。最后,本文还提出了浙江外贸增长方式改革的具体设想。

Based on the status quo of Zhejiang industrial structure, the paper discusses the features of Zhejiang industrial structure and the effects they exert upon Zhejiang foreign trade growth mode, demonstrating that the extensive foreign export mode of Zhejiang is governed by its labor-intenslve industrial structure. The paper points out that, to enhance the international competitive power of Zhejiang products, it is imperative to transform the low-level industrial structure, and that the general orientation of Zhe- jiang foreign trade growth mode is to replace ＂made in Zhejiang＂ with ＂created by Zhejiang＂. Finally the paper presents specific conception for reforming Zhejiang foreign trade growth mode.
