摘要
人口结构是指总体人口中存在的组成部分及其比重或比例关系,它可以分为人口自然结构、经济结构、社会结构等五大类型,以及人口年龄结构、性别结构、产业结构等多个亚类型。人口结构的变化与包括成人教育在内的诸因素密切相关,系统探究人口结构对成人教育发展的影响,以及成人教育对人口结构变化的反作用,具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。
Population structure refers to the components of the whole population as well as the ratio between each component. It can be classified into five types such as natural structure, econo well as several sub-types such as age structure, sex structure and industry mic structure, social structure etc as structure etc. The transformation is related to many factors including adult education. Exploring the effects of population structure to the development of adult education and the retroaction of the adult education to the population structure is valuable in both theory and practice.
