摘要
"职业活动导向"教学模式是劳动和社会保障部向全国技工院校推广的教学模式。该模式在教学目标、教学内容、课堂结构等方面有许多独到之处。笔者通过在烹饪教学实践中运用该教学模式,改变了烹饪理论教学"难"的现状,有效地提高了烹饪专业学生的注意力,促进了大部分学生良好学习习惯的养成,培养了学生多方面的能力,可以使其快速适应饭店工作,取得了良好的教学效果。
The professional activity-oriented teaching style is spread by the Department of Labor and Social Security to all the technician colleges in our country, which is special in many aspects such as teaching object, teaching material and class structure. The professional activity-oriented teaching style hade many favorable effects on the theory teaching of Cuisine course.
