摘要
对汽车左转向节断裂原因进行了分析。化学分析结果及硬度检查结果均在合格范围。金相检查发现,基体组织均匀性差,且存在大量的渗碳体;用扫描电镜对断口进行分析,确定为脆性断口。
The reason causing breaking of a nod ular iron left used for automobile steering mechanism was analyzed. The results of both the chemical composition analysis and hardness test were in the acceptable range. The metallographic examination revealed that the matrix was of less uniformity and contained large quantity of cementite; The fracture was analyzed with SEM and determined that the fracture was of brittle fracture.
