摘要
自行研制了模拟厚大铸件的冷却环境的小型凝固装置。通过控制环境温度和冷却速度,模拟厚大断面球墨铸件凝固过程温度场的分布和变化规律。试验结果表明,铸件在模拟环境下的冷却凝固时间比空冷凝固时间延长了300%。
A small apparatus used for simulating cooling environment of heavy section ductile iron castings was developed by authors themselves. The temperature distribution field and its variation rule was being simulated by controlling environmental temperature and cooling rate. The test result showed that cooling-solidifying duration of the casting under the simulation environment was lengthened by 300% compared with that of air cooling.
