摘要
光电式自准直仪的关键技术是如何将光信号转变成电信号,由此产生了不同类型的光电式自准直仪。振子式是其中一种较为传统的类型,由于其测量范围小,线性差,已呈逐渐被取代的趋势。出于改进的目的,比较分析了传统的振子结构,设计了一种新型的封闭式动圈振子。这种振子其线圈是运动的,便于闭环控制,大大提高了测量范围,而整圈式结构中磁力线是均布的,从而提高了线性度。
The key technology of electronic autocollimator is how to change the photic signal into electric signal. Different technique makes different electronic autocollimator. The vibrator is one conventional technique. Because of its low range and bad linearity, the technique will be replaced slowly. After the configuration of several conventional vibrators are analyed and compared, a new vibrator with close winding is designed. The floating winding makes bigger range , and also makes it is possible to use close loop cortrol. In the configuration of close winding the magnetism is symmetrical, so we can get good linearity.
