基于MSC Adams虚拟样机技术的桥梁主拱安装工艺分析

摘要 以某大桥主拱安装工况为对象,应用MSC Adams软件建立由塔架、主拱、钢绞线和提升千斤顶组成的虚拟样机模型.通过多项式插值协调两组提升钢绞线的运动关系,模拟两组钢绞线均衡平稳地提升大桥主拱并竖转到指定位置.通过仿真分析,可以确定钢铰线长度、提升行程、塔架受力时间历程、提升千斤顶配置等工艺数据.结果表明该方法可以详细分析施工历程,从而增强工程的施工安全. Taking the erection process of a bridge' s main arch as an object, a virtual prototype model composed of lift pylon tower, main arch, steel strands, and lifting jacks is built using MSC Adams. The polynomial interpolation method is used to coordinate motion relationship between two sets of steel strands. A simulation that using such two sets of steel strands to lift the main arch smoothly to given position is carried out. With the simulation results, important technological parameters such as the length of steel strands, lifting distance, time history of reaction force on the base of lifting pylon as well as the configuration of lifting jacks can be determined. The results show that the method can analyze the construction process in detail and enhance the safety of construction.
