摘要
为优化半导体生产系统,针对半导体生产线的特点,建立基于在制品数(Work in Process,WIP)水平控制投料的数学模型.通过仿真试验,得出不同WIP水平对生产线性能的影响;比较固定在制品数(CONstant WIP,CONWIP)投料系统与固定时间间隔投料(CONstant Release INterval,CONRIN)系统之间的性能差异.在不停线的情况下,对增加生产品种的生产线进行分析,得出一些关于影响WIP水平因素的定性规律.
Considering the characteristics of semiconductor product line, a mathematical model is built to optimize the semiconductor manufacturing system based on levels of Work in Process (WIP) release control. The effects of levels of different WIP on product line are obtained by simulation. The performance of CONstant WIP (CONWIP) and CONstant Release INterval (CONRIN) is compared. The product line is analyzed under non-stop production when a new kind of product is introduced into the system and some qualitative rules on the factors affecting WIP levels are obtained.
