跨学科发展与外语人才培养创新

To Innovate China's Foreign Studies Education Through Encouraging Interdisciplinary Pursuits

本文从复合型外语人才培养中的问题和争论入手,根据"汉堡教学论模式",从要素分析出发,广泛借鉴国内外成功的经验,并结合我们多年的实践和6年来对学生的跟踪研究,认为基于人文主义视角的跨学科之路,将是现阶段我国外语学科发展和外语人才培养创新的重要途径。跨学科发展的创新内涵在于外语学科的拓展提升和教学内容方法的有机融合。本文也分析了跨学科发展中的一些制约因素,并提出了一些克服障碍的原则建议和具体方法。

Based on Hamburg Pedagogy Mode and wide-ranged practice both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the essential factors affecting foreign language teaching in Chinese colleges, and claims the importance of interdisciplinary pursuits to the innovation of foreign studies in China. By tracking the development of students and doing follow-up surveys, it is revealed that the key to the efficiency of foreign language education in China lies in an expanded understanding of the discipline and the integration of content and method. A number of obstacles during such pursuits are also analyzed and some practical measures suggested.
