苏里格气田储层改造的“三封四压”配套技术 被引量:7

摘要 苏里格气田储量丰富,但由于属非均质性极强的致密砂岩气田,呈现出典型的"低渗、低压、低丰度、低产"等特征,经济有效开发的难度非常大,其难动用程度已成为重大难题。为此,针对苏里格气田的"四低"特点,以苏5、桃7区块为攻关对象,从地质分析和工艺研究出发,在掌握储层物性特点的基础上,以"适度规模"压裂理论为裂缝参数的优选原则,以净压力拟合为裂缝延伸的预测手段,以"三封四压"为分层压裂工艺,以支撑剂段塞冲刷为降低近井摩阻的措施,以全程氮气混注为增能助排方法,建立了一套适合该气田储层改造的压裂配套技术。 Although having rich oil and gas in place, Sulige gas field is hard to develop efficiently due to its characteristics of low permeability, low pressure, low abundance, and low productivity. Therefore, based on geologic analysis and technique feasibility study, this paper provides a set of fracturing techniques. It takes the theory of 'appropriate fracturing' as optimization standard, and uses pressure match to predict fracture extension, multi-packing and multi-fracturing for zonal fracturing, proppant slug for friction reduction and mixed nitrogen injection during the fracturing process to improve efficiency of fracturing and flowback.
