摘要
近年来氮气在油气田的应用越来越广泛,主要应用于气体钻井、石油三采、油/气管道吹扫,气体钻井过程中,氮气用量特别大、用时长。为此,介绍了膜分离制氮的原理、流程,以及影响膜性能的因素,比较了目前世界上主要氮气膜性能,结合国外的应用经验和商业模式,提出了中国气体钻井设备短缺的解决方法———向专业设备厂分别采购和租赁设备。
In recent years, nitrogen has been widely used in enhanced oil recovery (EOR), pipe purging at oil and gas fields, especially in large demand and at long due time for gas drilling. This paper introduced the principle and flow process of nitrogen generated by membrane separation, and analyzed many factors influencing the properties of membrane. In combination with application experiences and commercial mode from other countries, this paper suggests that professional equipments manufacturers provide quick and good equipments for either buyers or loanees to meet the air drilling market in China.
