摘要
为什么要谈钻井液行业也要坚持科学发展观这个问题?因为钻井液是随着钻井工程的发展而发展起来的一个行业和一门技术,可以说二者是伴生的关系。没有钻井工程的要求,也就没有钻井液行业的产生。追溯钻井液行业的发展,其实质就是在钻井工程搭建的这个平台上,各个学科、各个行业交叉产生的一门技术。从行业自身的角度看,可能以说是钻井液为各个学科、各个行业搭建了这个交叉的平台。这从行业的分工与归属就可见一斑,中国把钻井液公司归属于钻井公司,而国外把钻井液公司独立运作,从其发展的历程看,很难说孰优孰劣。从钻井综合服务的角度看,中国的模式也许是更优的,可能是一个值得效仿的模式。通过回顾各学科在钻井液行业交叉发展的历史,对钻井液行业的科学发展提出了建议。
Why do we refer to the concept of scientific development when involving into the topic of drilling fluids area The answer is that the trade of drilling fluids has developed to be an independent part of technology along with the drilling industry. In other words, drilling fluids trade will never happen unless there are many requirements for drilling engineering. Dated back to the origin of drilling fluids trade, many different techniques from various domains and subjects came to meet together as a procedure for drilling operations. From this trade itself, drilling fluids also provides a platform on which different subjects can achieve the same performance. That's why drilling fluids companies are independently run themselves at some other countries although in China drilling companies organize it as one of their own parts in market services. From their development at different background, it is still hard to say which way is better, independent or dependent. From the perspective view of full drilling market services, the Chinese way of running drilling fluids companies may be much better and worth to be learned from. Through review on how multiple subjects developed to form drilling fluids technology, this paper suggested that the concept of scientific development should be insisted on to perfect well the drilling fluids technology in near future.
