摘要
目前国内建筑行业的人力资源方面存在着低层次人员富余,高层次人员缺乏,培养出来的高技术人才外流等现象。人力资源是企业发展的内在动力和基础,是一种重要战略资源。激励是人力资源的重要内容之一,施工企业采取何种激励机制激发员工积极性、创造性,以及如何留住人才是目前施工企业需要应对的问题。
Currently, there are some phenomena in the construction industry about human resources which are excessive low-level staff, the lack of high-level staff and cultivate high-tech brain drain. Human resource is the inner motivation and the foundation of the development of enterprises, and is also an important strategic resource. Incentive is one of the important contents of human resource management. Which kind of incentive mechanisms should be adopted to stimulate staff enthusiasm, creativity and how to retain talent are the problems which a construction enterprise should deal with.
