摘要
警察法理论研究特别是基本理论研究滞后,什么是警察法、警察法在我国法律体系中处于何种地位等问题有不同的认识与主张。界定警察法和其部门法地位是研究警察法首先要解决的问题,具有重要的理论和实践价值,警察法是我国社会主义法律体系中的一个独立的法律部门。
It is a theory issue in a sluggish development of research for a long time what is police law and how is the status of police law in our legal system, whatever there have been a great deal of views concerned. In considering this, we should make a research on the definition and the status of police law. It is acknowledged that police law is an important component in the ordering of legal system together.
