钢壳电镀Ni(Bi)及退火处理的碱锰电池的性能

摘要 研究了钢壳电镀Ni、电镀Ni(Bi)及退火处理对碱锰电池的放电性能和高温(90℃)防漏液性能的影响。电镀Ni(Bi)及退火处理,提高了钢壳的耐腐蚀性能及内表面与正极环的接触性能。与钢壳电镀Ni的电池相比,钢壳电镀Ni(Bi)及退火处理的电池的内阻由92mΩ(新电)和122mΩ(在70℃下贮存7d)降低到84mΩ(新电)和105mΩ(在70℃下贮存7d);3.9Ω负载电压由1.545V(新电)和1.410V(70℃下贮存7d)提高到1.557V(新电)和1.450V(70℃下贮存7d)。电池的放电性能及高温防漏液性能得到了提高。 The influences of electroplating Ni, electroplating Ni(Bi) and annealing treatment on steel can on the discharge performance and high temperature (90 ℃) leakage-proof performance of the alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery were studied. Anticorrosion performance of steel can and contact characteristics of internal surface with positive electrode were improved by electroplating Ni(Bi) and annealing treatment. Comparing with the battery electroplated Ni on steel can, the internal resistances of the battery electroplated Ni(Bi) and annealing treatment on steel can were reduced from 90 mΩ (fresh battery) and 122 mΩ (stored at 70 ℃ for7 d) to 84 mΩ (fresh battery) and 105 mΩ (stored at 70 ℃ for 7 d),the 3.9 Ω loading voltages were increased from 1.545 V (fresh battery) and 1.410 V (stored at 70 ℃ for 7 d) to 1,557 V (fresh battery) and 1.450 V (stored at 70 ℃ for 7 d) ; the discharge performance and high temperature leakage-proof performance of the battery were improved.
