复方心脑肾康对大鼠心肌缺血—再灌注损伤干预作用机制的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨复方心脑肾康对大鼠心肌缺血—再灌注损伤的干预作用及可能机制。方法:假手术组对左心室冠状动脉前降支只穿线不结扎,旷置90min,其余各组均结扎左心室冠状动脉前降支30min,再灌注60min,制作心肌缺血—再灌注损伤模型,实验结束后分别取左心室游离壁心肌用冰生理盐水制成10%心肌组织匀浆测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和ATP酶的活性;从腹主动脉取血2ml在0~4℃3000r/min离心5min取上层血清冻存备用测定心肌酶的含量。结果:复方心脑肾康口服与模型组相比,高、中、低3个剂量组均能降低缺血后心肌组织匀浆中的MDA、ROS、NOS含量,提高ATP酶含量和SOD活性,同时降低了血清中各心肌酶的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:复方心脑肾康可通过抗氧自由基损伤和改善ATP酶活性对大鼠心肌缺血有明显保护作用。
