区域经济发展中人力资本的作用——以武汉市人力资本为例

On Function of Human Capital in Regional Economic Development——A Case Study of Human Capital of Wuhan City

知识经济时代的到来,使区域经济发展中人力资本的作用日益凸现。各级政府获得区域经济发展优势的途径,不仅在于注重物质性生产要素的开发和利用,更必须重视人力资本的投入与开发。人力资本的合理开发可以节省物质资本的投入,提高经济发展水平和程度。文章首先介绍选题的背景,然后运用计量经济学的方法计算武汉市人力资本的投资对于武汉市经济发展的作用,最后对武汉市发展人力资本的优势提出了对策建议。

As the era of knowledge economy approaches, human capital plays a more and more important role in regional economic development. Various levels of regional government endeavors to gain the competitive advantage, while the input and development of material factors should be considered, the accumulation of human capital should be attached importance to too. The appropriate development of human capital can economize the input of material capital, and enhance the level of economic development. This article firstly introduces the background of this research, then computes the contribution of investment on human capital （investment on education and health care） to the economic development of Wuhan city; ultimately it offers some advice on the superiority to the development of human capital in Wuhan city.
